Subscription Terms & Conditions

Welcome and thank you for becoming part of the FIGGINS Figlia Seasonal Delivery Subscription! To help you make the most of your subscription, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following policies, terms, and conditions.

FIGGINS Figlia Seasonal delivery subscription

FIGGINS offers three seasonal delivery options: 3 bottles FIGGINS Figlia, 6 bottles FIGGINS Figlia, and 12 bottles FIGGINS Figlia processed twice a year, spring & fall.

There is no fee to join the FIGGINS Figlia Seasonal Delivery Subscription. As an enrollee, you agree to all terms and conditions of the subscription.

All FIGGINS Figlia Seasonal Delivery Subscription participants and the person signing for your wine shipment must be at least 21 years of age.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL DISCLOSURE

The FIGGINS Figlia Seasonal Delivery Subscription is a recurring annual commitment to two wine shipments of Figlia at the chosen bottle volume per year. Upon signing up for the FIGGINS Figlia Seasonal Delivery Subscription, your automatic orders will continue until cancellation.

There is no minimum time commitment, and you are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time. Participation continues on a per-shipment basis until we are otherwise notified. You may make any changes to your enrollment or cancel at any time by contacting figgins@figginswine.com. By clicking “Submit” on our Seasonal Delivery Subscription sign-up form, you authorize FIGGINS to charge your credit card for recurring subscription shipments until you cancel your enrollment.

UPS Ground SHIPPING

Extra charges incurred for redirected or returned wine shipments are the responsibility of the customer, and charges will be applied to your credit card on file.

UPS will make three delivery attempts before returning orders to FIGGINS. It is your obligation to notify us of any billing or shipping changes prior to the next shipment or any earlier deadlines specified in the advance email notification prior to the club release.

CANCELLATION

There is no minimum time commitment, and you are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time. Enrollment continues on a per-shipment basis until we are otherwise notified. You may make any changes to your participation or cancel at any time by contacting figgins@figginswine.com.
