Shipping Windows & Timing

• Week of February 23rd, 2026 - weather permitting, orders placed on/before February 11th, 2026.
• Week of March 23rd, 2026 - weather permitting, orders placed on/before March 11th, 2026.
• Week of April 20th, 2026 - weather permitting, orders placed on/before April 13th, 2026.

If temperatures are unsuitable during listed week, your order will be shipped in the next available optimal weather window.

Weather-Safe Shipping

We only ship when temperatures along the transit route are between 20–80 °F. When conditions exceed that range, orders remain in climate-controlled storage until temperatures are suitable. Extreme weather may delay shipments.

Signature Required

All orders ship via UPS Ground and require an adult (21+) signature.

Address Changes, Returns, & Re-Routes

• Fees apply to returned or redirected packages after they ship.
• If your address or timing changes, please contact us before your order leaves Walla Walla.
