2018 Estate Red Wine

This wine is structured and dense with the stuffing to age two decades, but is plush, balanced, and already drinking beautifully.

Sold Out

On the 10-year anniversary of our inaugural vintage release (2008), it is apropos that the 2018 Estate Red is unquestionably my favorite to date. When I planted this site, this was the single vineyard wine I dreamed of making!  Explosive, high-toned nose of mixed florals, vibrant candied cherries, freshly picked blueberries, and pencil shavings.  The palate has layer upon layer of plum and dried figs. While the wine is structured and dense with the stuffing to age two decades easily, it is plush, balanced, and already drinking beautifully for a young bottle of FIGGINS.
